Sunday was K's day. I had planned for him to call the shots (for the most part) for the day so I was interested to see what he came up with.
Around 10:30 he said it looked sunny outside so we headed to the pool. I think we were there for almost 4 hours. Most of that time was to ourselves...which was strange being that it was beautiful outside, but nice nonetheless. There was one family that came for about 30 mins or so. We knew them because the little boy and K had been in the same class for a while, and I knew the mom outside of that. It was nice for him to have someone to play with.
After swimming, we went to see Despicable Me 2 (again). To me it was funnier the 2nd time. Haha! K is not big on popcorn so we don't usually get much at the theater, but next door to it is an ice cream shop that has his favorite ice cream. I brought that up as an option...but he said, "You know where we haven't been in a REALLLY long time? Brrrberry!" So off we went for some build-your-own frozen yogurt.
He was not happy that his gummy bears turned to 'rocks' when they got cold.
I have no idea what he was doing here...maybe trying to reach the yogurt with his tongue?
