This is a 'best mom ever' picture. It's the little things that make this kid happy...like licking the spoon after making a batch of brownies. 

For dinner, our 'restaurant' was open for business with K's special of the day: big, fat, juicy burgers. 

And yes, hold onto your socks. Those ARE real plates. I DO own them...but for a while (years) I've just been a fan of paper ones. You know...cuts down on dirty dishes! Have I mentioned that I am NOT a fan of dirty dishes? Another day...
